Meet your instructors:

My route into yoga was through sport. I used the practice to rehabilitate from injury and build all round body strength. It became evident that there is so much more to this practice. I focus on functional movement, building strength in the core to support the spine and sequence the classes to focus the mind through the breath into our movement. This benefits us away from the mat to deal with the stresses of life.
The yoga I teach is practical and I make sense of the practice.

My aim is to encourage more people to roll out a mat for the first time and embark on a journey that could change their lives.

Vicki’s teaching combines traditional Hatha yoga with slow flow and functional movement, all delivered in a manner that everyone can enjoy – no matter what their age, experience or ability. With an emphasis on creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that people feel comfortable in, she ensures that, whichever class you choose, you leave with a sense of renewed energy and calm. Vicki also teaches children’s yoga – which she adores! – introducing children to the importance of exercise, body awareness and emotional regulation in a non-competitive and fun environment.

Ellie began practicing yoga ten years ago and has been teaching for five.
She was initially introduced to yoga as a way to manage exam stress and believes that yoga is the perfect way to reduce stress.
Ellie teaches body confidence with a yoga style that blends flexibility, strength and balance. Her practice is accessible to everyone, whether you’ve tried yoga before or are brand new!
