Meet your instructor: Vicki
Vicki’s teaching combines traditional Hatha yoga with slow flow and functional movement, all delivered in a manner that everyone can enjoy – no matter what their age, experience or ability. With an emphasis on creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that people feel comfortable in, she ensures that, whichever class you choose, you leave with a sense of renewed energy and calm. Vicki also teaches children’s yoga – which she adores! – introducing children to the importance of exercise, body awareness and emotional regulation in a non-competitive and fun environment.
Park Yoga is a charity that provides FREE outdoor yoga sessions at Howard Palmer Gardens. The sessions run throughout the summer from May to September for people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. All sessions are held on Sunday mornings.

Last Park Yoga of the season this Sunday 😭😭 It's come round so fast! Don't worry, me, Jill and Ellie have got you covered over winter with Wokingham Community Yoga (more info to follow), but, for now, we all need to get our Sun Salutations on to make sure we can finish this Park Yoga season with the sun shining. Or at least without the rain pouring! 🤞
If you've not yet tried Park Yoga, it's not too late. Test us out this Sunday, and you'll be itching to get back next May! And please don't think Yoga is not for you or something that’s just for the young, thin or flexible; it's an ancient practise that really can be of great benefit to anyone who’s open to the possibilities. We give lots of different options to ensure it can adapted to anyone and everybody. It’s not about being good at something, it’s about being good to yourself!
