In case you missed it, there is NO Park Yoga in Lodmoor this Sunday due to Ironman. Sadly, last week was our last session for 2025.
I have loved seeing you each week and if you would like to continue your yoga journey with me please do! I would love to get to know you better over the winter.
I have a home studio in Preston and teach a couple of sessions here each week as well as a few sessions online. And my Sunday morning sessions will be back now that the season is over, so if 9:30 on a Sunday was your vibe you can find more of that with me in Preston. There is an 8am option too if you're an early bird.
Here is the schedule: MONDAYS: - 7am 30min online - 9:30am in the studio
WEDNESDAYS: - 7am 30min online - 6:30pm in the studio
THURSDAYS: - 6:30pm yin yoga both online and in the studio
FRIDAYS: - 10am slow and flow (yin and flow fusion) in the studio
SUNDAYS: - 8am in the studio - 9:30am in the studio
Drop me a line if you would like to be added to my mailing list as I also schedule the most glorious events. There are two more sessions of the Summer Yoga, Sauna and Smoothies this Tuesday 16th and Saturday 26th with yoga in the garden followed by time in our wood-fired sauna and freshly made smoothies. Or if the heat is not your thing you can indulge in the yoga and smoothies only.
During the autumn and winter I will be offering some mini retreats and events like my Deep Rest Afternoons (flow yoga, mala meditation and yin yoga with Reiki), more yoga and sauna and my usual Winter Solstice Yoga & Vision Boarding. I am working on a few other offerings to incorporate somatic work.
And of course, don't forget that I am a massage therapist too, with a lot of experience under my belt and a wealth of massage approaches and techniques to offer you.
So do have a look at my website at www.BelieveinWellbeing.co.uk to see how we can work together. It would be lovely to have you join me on social media too at Believe in Wellbeing Massage, Reiki & Homeopathy and Yoga with Believe in Wellbeing
Lastly, I won't have access to this page for much longer so if you need to get in touch please do it through my website, my Facebook pages or my instagram (believe.in.wellbeing)
Our Park Yoga seasons have come to an end. We had a wonderful and totally crazy last session on Sunday with thunder (like a gunshot!!!), rain, cakes, laughter, bubbles and….. lunges!!!!
Sunday was my 60th Park Yoga session and I have loved them all. So my first THANK YOU is to each and every one of you wonderful people who have joined me over the years. YOU make Park Yoga 😍
THANK YOU to Weymouth Town Council for the financial support and allowing us to use our beautiful space in Lodmoor. Weymouth Town Council have again fully funded our sessions in Lodmoor and we so value this support.
THANK YOU to Yogi Tea for our corporate sponsorship. This really keeps our charity going and we’ve all loved the tea and those fabulous little tea tins. Yogi Tea have also provided the instructors with new T-shirts, hoodies and flags too and we look forward to building on our relationship over the coming years.
And THANK YOU to Weymouth Bay Coffee Co for providing sustenance to you on a Sunday after our sessions together. This coffee shop is a small business and they have so graciously and generously offered our participants 10% off their delicious offerings on a Sunday. Do continue to support them through the winter.
Wow! What an eventful last Park Yoga session for 2025!
Thank you so much to all you amazing humans who turned up this morning to brave the elements. We had a downpour 20 minutes before the start. We had the ominous rumble of thunder for the most part. The loudest bang 💥 of thunder - it honestly sounded like a gunshot! And then more torrential rain.
And most of you wanted to stay and continue 🥰
We had a standing up slightly damp picnic and what an incredible array of yummy offerings. From cheese and pineapple hedgehogs straight from Abigail’s Party to the most decadent brownies, to gorgeous love heart ❤️ shortcake to lovely chunky rock cakes. And thank you to Colin for the bubbles 🍾
And of course now the sun is blazing 🤣
Thank you to every single one of you who has supported Park Yoga this season. You can continue to donate to www.ParkYoga.co/donate and please do complete our survey.
I will follow up with a post of thank yous to all the organisations who have supported us this year.
If you would like to keep in touch with me, Leslie, I will post details of my classes in my home studio during the week. In the meantime do make contact through Yoga with Believe in Wellbeing and Believe in Wellbeing Massage, Reiki & Homeopathy.
I hope we’re back in Lodmoor for more Park Yoga next May.
