I teach yoga at Pulse Fitness gym on the Granby Industrial Estate every Monday at 6.30pm and 7.45pm ...
If you'd like to join us 6.30pm class is Hatha Yoga and 7.35pm class is Yin.
You can book on Pulse Fitness website or message me directly for the Yin class as that is my private class held at Pulse.
We are a friendly bunch and if you're going to miss your weekly fix be lovely to see you.

The sun graced us with its presence for today's final Park Yoga of the 24 season.
I am filled with gratitude to be a part of this wonderful charity and thank you all for attending.
I really hope you've taken something away from our lovely weeks together.
