I decided to take up yoga later in life in 2012 to help me get through a difficult time both mentally and physically, I never imagined the profound impact that it would have on me on my healing journey. As a Life Coach and Nutritional Therapist, I started to see that yoga was something that my patients would benefit from and would often recommend it to them. What better way to support my patients that to train as a Yoga Teacher myself so that I could share the amazing benefits that it can bring to mind, body, and soul.
I’ve now been teaching yoga since 2019, encouraging complete beginners to fall in love with yoga and be confident joining a class as well as running weekend retreats.

Yoga is inclusive and for everyone regardless of ability; so many times people will tell me that they are not bendy enough for yoga, but we should remind ourselves that yoga ‘practice’ is just that! It’s practice, not perfection.

Just turn up, be on your mat and enjoy all the benefits that yoga can bring, then float home and enjoy the rest of your day 😊
