Meet your instructor: Bonny

I decided to take up yoga later in life in 2012 to help me get through a difficult time both mentally and physically, I never imagined the profound impact that it would have on me on my healing journey. As a Life Coach and Nutritional Therapist, I started to see that yoga was something that my patients would benefit from and would often recommend it to them. What better way to support my patients that to train as a Yoga Teacher myself so that I could share the amazing benefits that it can bring to mind, body, and soul.
I’ve now been teaching yoga since 2019, encouraging complete beginners to fall in love with yoga and be confident joining a class as well as running weekend retreats.

Yoga is inclusive and for everyone regardless of ability; so many times people will tell me that they are not bendy enough for yoga, but we should remind ourselves that yoga ‘practice’ is just that! It’s practice, not perfection.

Just turn up, be on your mat and enjoy all the benefits that yoga can bring, then float home and enjoy the rest of your day 😊

🌞✨ That’s a wrap, Park Yogis! ✨🌞

As the sun sets on another incredible Park Yoga season, we’re feeling all the feels—gratitude, joy, and a touch of nostalgia. From the first stretch of spring to the final savasana of summer, YOU made this season unforgettable 💚

🧘‍♀️ We’ve flowed through sun salutations under blue skies, found balance in breezy mornings, and shared laughter, peace, and community in every session. Whether you were a seasoned yogi or joined us for the first time, your energy lit up the park week after week.

And now, as the final savasana settles in, it’s time to say a massive THANK YOU to every beautiful soul who made this season so special. 💛

From the early risers who showed up with sleepy smiles and rolled-up mats, to the little ones doing freestyle yoga poses (we see you, tiny warriors!), you’re all legends. 🏆

And to YOU, yes YOU reading this—thank you for showing up, week after week, and bringing your energy, your breath, and your beautiful self.

So until next season, keep the spirit alive. Stretch in your garden. Meditate in your kitchen. Do tree pose while waiting for the kettle to boil. 🌳☕ And remember: the mat may roll up, but the magic rolls on.
