Getting here:

Several bus companies run services that will take you near to the park including Diamond and National Express West Midlands. Bus stops are available on Broadway West – bus 637 or Weston Street – buses 4, 4H, 4M and 637.

Movement has always been my anchor, taking me from my days as a contemporary dancer to practicing yoga for nearly three decades and teaching in Japan for nearly 20 years. During my time abroad, I dedicated myself to managing a studio, running retreats, and sharing yoga, until a recent advanced cancer diagnosis changed everything. Now in remission and back in the UK, my practice stands as a true testament to the power of breath, healing, and resilience. I am so excited to bring this passion outdoors with Park Yoga. There is nothing quite like moving together in nature, and I can’t wait to welcome every body, age, and ability to the grass on Sunday mornings
