I am a certified Hatha yoga teacher, who focuses on combining anatomy, science and yoga philosophy to improve movement, build strength and reduce stress.
I love to teach breath work (pranayama) as the bridge between body and mind and aim to reset the nervous system, ensuring students leave feeling energised, empowered and grounded.
This week our Park Yoga Class moved just 100m away from our original spot, but there was a big shift in feeling. Intimately surrounded by the trees, a place just for ourselves and Yoga.
Lets make this our new home on Sundays, embrace a little change and see big differences.
Thanks to everyone again for the support and arriving each Sunday
