Meet your instructor: Shuñi
Shuñi has been teaching Yoga for over 15 years and runs an award winning boutique yoga studio “Yoga & Pilates Truro” in the city centre. Shuñi is welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. Her classes are inclusive and progressive, allowing space for anyone to join and for everyone to better their practice. Shuñi’s classes focus on strength, flexion and function for every body.
Shuñi here, I will be your lead teacher for Park Yoga Truro this season. You will also meet Kaan and Charlotte. They will be demonstrating, taking donations, fielding your questions and stepping in to teach when I am unavailable.
We believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, to help with movement, strength, flexibility and general wellbeing.
We just LOVE Park Yoga! The atmosphere is light and relaxed, promoting a connection to our local community and connecting with nature. It’s great to hear the birds in the trees and feel the grass underneath your feet while practicing.
Park Yoga is always free! You don’t need any fancy kit. Just turn up with a mat or towel and enjoy the experience.

In a nutshell, Park Yoga is for everyone. You don’t have to be young, athletic and confident. In fact the people who benefit the most are those who struggle with their strength, mobility and flexibility. The session is thoughtfully put together, to be gentle and inclusive allowing you to move in a range of motion that suits your body geometry.
So join in, have some fun outdoors, you might surprise yourself!
