Meet your instructor: Paul
My name is Paul Rees, and I discovered yoga during a time where I was re evaluating my flexibility, addressing muscular imbalances and injury, following many years of lifting weights – This led me to practice yoga, and eventually teach.
My love for yoga has led me to teach regular classes, both independently and as a fitness instructor at a successful green energy company.
Today I've been reflecting on what being active really means.
As a fitness professional, it's easy to give yourself a hard time when exercise doesn't seem convenient, when life gets busy, or when you'd simply rather be doing something else.
Yet it's amazing what just one hour of yoga can offer.
It's the one form of exercise I practise daily, and it's a passion I love to share with others. 🙏
Whether indoors or outdoors, yoga offers so much more than stretching:
🌿 One hour without emails🌿 One hour without chores🌿 One hour without rushing🌿 Grass beneath your feet🌿 Fresh air in your lungs🌿 Movement in your body
For one hour this Sunday, we'll stretch, breathe and move together.
✅ No experience needed✅ No flexibility required✅ No pressure to perform✅ Just bring yourself
Sometimes the hardest part is showing up. The rest takes care of itself.
