Meet your instructor: Paul
My name is Paul Rees, and I discovered yoga during a time where I was re evaluating my flexibility, addressing muscular imbalances and injury, following many years of lifting weights – This led me to practice yoga, and eventually teach.
My love for yoga has led me to teach regular classes, both independently and as a fitness instructor at a successful green energy company.

Just a quick thank you to everyone that attended Park Yoga, these last 20 weeks. We have raised many donations, many arms and spirits, with outdoor yoga in beautiful Thame 🙌
During our journey, my fondest memory was seeing the shadow of a Red Kite, gliding over my mat ☺️ what’s yours?
We have compiled some of our many photos from the Summer, to celebrate one year of Park Yoga in Thame 🥳
Would you like us to come back next year? If so, let us know in our recent survey.
Can you believe that we started our sessions approximately 20 weeks ago?
With Park Yoga coming to an end this weekend, some of you may be wondering what you’ll be doing with your Sunday mornings until we return.
I’m so excited to share that we now have a regular indoor class at Thame Town Hall running every Sunday, at the same time as our park yoga sessions! To join - please scan the QR code Or follow the link to book your slot: bookwhen.com/precision-yoga
Unlike park yoga, this one unfortunately isn’t free, but I’ve kept it super affordable compared to other classes across Oxfordshire, so it stays accessible.
