Meet your instructor: Becky

I’m Becky a qualified yoga teacher in Taunton. I teach a number of classes in and around the Taunton area. Mostly varying between flowing vinyasa style classes, to something a little more gentle and yin. I am also trained in mindfulness, pilates and I teach other group exercise classes.

I started practicing yoga for the physical benefits such as strength and flexibility, but soon noticed how much it positively impacted my emotional wellbeing. This made me want to share it with others, so embarked on my teacher training journey, qualifying a few years ago.

My classes are inclusive and accessible giving elements of strength and flexibility with options and modifications available.
I like to teach a practice that has a sense of being strong yet soft, creating postures and movements connecting the body, breath and mind.

After covering a class last year I’m really looking forward to teaching Park Yoga in Taunton this year. The community feel is amazing and it means yoga is more accessible to all.

Looking forward to seeing you there!
