Having suffered with chronic pain for years which was exacerbated by my desk job, I discovered Yoga at my local gym and found it could help, not just relax my body of its tightness and tension, but also how it could relax my mind and help me learn to deal with stress.
About 11 years ago I trained to become a Yoga teacher which meant 3 years commitment and some challenges along the way. It was all worth it, I have finally found my passion in life and discovered how I can make a difference to other people’s lives.
From working full time in an office, I now teach Yoga full-time.
I have worked in local gyms and studios, community village halls and have also run my own studio. I currently also run a Yoga Teacher Training Business.
I enjoy guiding clients to help them learn how to reduce their aches and pains to get fitter and more flexible and learn how to cope and deal with stress. Whatever your ability and experience I strive to create an inclusive environment for everyone and to encourage you to make Yoga a part of a healthier and happier lifestyle.
