I am passionate about creating warm, welcoming spaces where people can reconnect with themselves. My approach is rooted in inclusivity, grounding, and empowerment, supporting each person to move in a way that feels right for them. I blend mindful movement with both softness and strength, encouraging a balanced and intuitive practice.
I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga with a creative approach, allowing each class to feel intentional and fluid. I want my classes to feel like a moving meditation — a chance to slow down and return to your body. I encourage students to listen inward, build awareness, and feel more at home in themselves, both on and off the mat.
