Meet your instructor: Emma
My name is Emma Mansfield and I live Lostwithiel. I have been teaching yoga and movement for wellness classes in Cornwall for over years. I run classes and workshops for all ages and abilities at venues in St Austell, Bodmin and Lostwithiel and I enjoy, most of all, teaching and sharing the many benefits of yoga to newcomers and beginners. I am really looking forward to meeting lots of new yogis at Park Yoga at Poltair Park in St Austell. I know it is going to be lots of fun and bring lots of local people together. It is always magical and joyous to practise yoga outside and what a great way to start a Sunday.
🌳 We're thrilled to welcome back Park Yoga St Austell this season.
📅 Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am on 3rd May and run every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.
💚 If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.
💚 There's no need to book.
💚 Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.
