Big thank you to everyone who made it to the session this morning!
Through a slight venue change back to our usual patch and lots of traffic you made it 🥰
We will be at the normal spot in front of Hawthorns Cafe again next week. 9.30am 🌞
I love to see your photos from the sessions, if you have any that you would like to share then please put them in the comments below (pics of park yoga dogs very welcome 😁).
Thank you for a lovely Park Yoga session this morning in the bright sunshine! I hope you have a lovely rest of your weekend and I will see you next Sunday!
If you have any photos from the session today, please feel free to put them in the comments below 🥰
A warm one tomorrow! Don't forget your suncream, and our slight location change for the week - we will be near the play area, in front of the cowherds pub, look out for the park yoga flag and our volunteers who will be pointing the way 🥰🌞
🚨change of location🚨 next week we will be in front of the cowherds near the play area as there is an event in our usual space. Please share this to anyone you know who attends park yoga!
