Meet your instructors: Pippa

Pippa Yarworth-CleetonFor the last 30 years Pippa has worked in the health, fitness and wellbeing environment in a variety of roles, from gym instructor, group exercise teacher, trainer, qualification development consultant, assessor and quality assurer.

Pippa has been practicing yoga for 30 years and teaching yoga to adults for the last 11 years after studying for 4 years with the British Wheel of Yoga. Her classes are inclusive and for all abilities. Pippa’s sessions are not about fancy poses which would be inaccessible or inappropriate for most people’s needs but about experiencing ‘your own yoga’. Yoga is not solely about shaping the outside of our bodies but how it shapes the inner you. This is where yoga and mindfulness link so well together.
