Hi, I’m Mari. I have been a yoga instructor for almost 20 years. I was a personal trainer for 30 years. I am a GP referral instructor and got into yoga because of sciatica. I focus on breathing Techniques, body alignment and control of our thoughts. I can’t wait to meet you all.

Good morning. It is going to be very hot this morning. Remember a hat and water. Do what you can but rest if it gets too much.
