Hi, I’m Mari. I have been a yoga instructor for almost 20 years. I was a personal trainer for 30 years. I am a GP referral instructor and got into yoga because of sciatica. I focus on breathing Techniques, body alignment and control of our thoughts. I can’t wait to meet you all.
Last session today and it was beautiful. The sun came out for our Sun Salutation and shone for the whole session. We had a slight move again due to football but nothing that dampen our day. As always I am rubbish at taking photos and kept cutting people's faces out but Karma tripped me and everyone got in 😅 Thank you all for the last 20 week and thank you to Park Yoga for enabling us all to come together every Sunday. As a yoga instructor I teach a range of classes - Hatha, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, pre and post natel, Chair yoga and Adapted for people with Blood pressure and Joint problems. I believe everyone should be able to do Yoga.
