Rajwinder loves bringing her two young children to Park Yoga Wolverhampton alongside the other mum’s in her local community…
“The best thing about Park Yoga is that you meet other people from your community and different ladies who also bring their kids to the sessions too.
I also do some jogging and walking in the park too as I’m trying to lose weight, so I think Park Yoga is helping with that as it’s good for my health.
My kids love doing Park Yoga and learning a new activity in the nice weather. The instructor is so welcoming for the children and if the kids weren’t allowed, I wouldn’t be able to come to the class. It’s great because after Park Yoga we go and spend the rest of the morning in the play park. It’s good that it’s so local as I live 10 minutes from the park, so we can just walk there easily.
Park Yoga’s good as it’s free and I don’t have to think about booking in advance. You know it’s always running, so you don’t have to plan and think ahead so if works for me on the day we just turn up. Plus, if I don’t have time I can leave the class early.”
Park Yoga is suitable for all physical levels and abilities, and no experience is necessary – last year 30% of our participants had never tried yoga before. There’s no need to book, just turn up with a mat (or towel or blanket) and enjoy the session. Visit our venue page to find your closest Park Yoga location.
