Caroline fell in love with yoga after participating in classes and being amazed by how energised and clear-minded she felt after each session and how it helped her lower back ache and stress levels.
Since studying for her first teaching qualification 15 years ago, she has trained in many different styles of yoga and taught thousands of classes but her favourite has always been freestyle which allows her creative side to run wild without being tied down to any strict rules. She loves keeping up to date with the latest scientific research on biomechanics, mobility and movement and incorporating this into her classes and she combines this with sharing both her own and others’ thoughts and writings around the intricacies of the practice of yoga and why it means so much to so many people.
Caroline jumped at the chance to get on board with Park Yoga because she is desperate to share the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible. Her goal is to make sure everyone finishes their sessions feeling more balanced both in body and in mind and generally feeling wonderful!
🌳 We're thrilled to welcome back Park Yoga Poole this season.
📅 Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am on 3rd May and run every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.
💚 If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.
💚 There's no need to book.
💚 Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.

💚 Park Yoga 2025 has come to an end and so I’m sharing a few words I wrote this year to reflect how I feel, I read these out as we closed our final session and as the sun made a brief appearance to shine on us!🌟

I can’t find the right words this week as we think about drawing the 2025 Park Yoga season to a close. I absolutely love every minute we spend together on Sunday mornings, rain or shine 💚
Here is a little clip of the view as I arrived at the first session back in May. I am so grateful to all of you for supporting our charity and our mission: to improve physical and mental wellbeing by introducing the transformative benefits of yoga in nature, fostering joy, connection and a deep sense of community
Who knows what the weather will do on Sunday - I aim to be at the park even if we only manage a short season and a farewell wave. I hope you can join me 💚💚💚💚💚 ... See MoreSee Less
I think i’m finally dry! We tried our best on Sunday, that’s all that matters. You are all totally amazing - thank you for coming along to keep me company in the rain!
