Meet your instructor: Caroline
Caroline fell in love with yoga after participating in classes and being amazed by how energised and clear-minded she felt after each session and how it helped her lower back ache and stress levels.
Since studying for her first teaching qualification 15 years ago, she has trained in many different styles of yoga and taught thousands of classes but her favourite has always been freestyle which allows her creative side to run wild without being tied down to any strict rules. She loves keeping up to date with the latest scientific research on biomechanics, mobility and movement and incorporating this into her classes and she combines this with sharing both her own and others’ thoughts and writings around the intricacies of the practice of yoga and why it means so much to so many people.
Caroline jumped at the chance to get on board with Park Yoga because she is desperate to share the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible. Her goal is to make sure everyone finishes their sessions feeling more balanced both in body and in mind and generally feeling wonderful!
