Join us for FREE Park Yoga every Sunday morning throughout the summer. Running from May to September, you’re invited to join us for an hour-long outdoor yoga class.

💚 What an incredible hour of Park Yoga we had this morning and what a great way to end the 2024 season.
☀️ I have loved every minute ( even the rainy ones ☔️) and I’m so grateful for everyone who has practiced on Sunday mornings this year. I still worry that no one will come and I still pinch myself when you all start arriving each week. I appreciate you all so much!
💫 Without you all Park Yoga couldn’t continue and so thank you all so much for your support. Liking, commenting & sharing our posts on social media, making donations, bringing friends and family along and just talking about Park Yoga and how much you love it, it all helps our wonderful charity to grow and improve year on year.
💚 You are all well and truly a part of the Park Yoga family and I love that we come together for these 20 weeks to share our energy, together our connection feels magical
I hope to see some of you over the winter months, if you have been to a few sessions you know I find it difficult to function without the warmth of the summer sun so I will very much be hibernating where possible.
