By road – From City Centre, take Heavitree Road to Heavitree Fore Street. Turn left at Whipton Lane. Parking is available along the road.

By Public Transport – Buses from city centre include R and S.

Meet your instructor: Tina

For Tina, yoga is a container to explore, understand, and analyse yourself and this wonderful world we live in. It is a set of practices; asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath) meditation and philosophy to live an intelligent life of freedom, strength and connectivity. It is a continuous practice, of finding your way, being perceptive and staying connected to nature and others.

Tina is trained in vinyasa flow, hatha, embodied flow, yin, mindfulness, meditation and aerial yoga.
