Meet your instructor: Tracie

I first started teaching aerobic classes after qualifying in 2004, it was just a part time job while I raised my children! It quickly became a passion and I went on to qualify and work in many of the fitness disciplines including Aqua aerobics, studio cycling, kickboxing, step aerobics and body pump! teaching for leisure centres and running courses for colleges.

I was at elite fitness level when I suddenly developed alopecia and became very ill! I had to give up work and my mental health was very poor for a time! I then discovered yoga and healed my body and mind, I decided to qualify in yoga and help others to heal too! after qualifying and teaching yoga for a few years I became qualified in pre and post natal yoga, yoga therapy, mindfulness and mental health therapy!
