Walk: As we are only a 15 minute walk from town we ask, where possible, that visitors come on foot, by bike (or scooter or skateboard) or by local bus to the Orchard. This is important to us as an environmentally friendly space and reducing use of vehicles is a big positive thing we can do.
Bus: Porth four turns bus stop
Parking:
- Free parking. Yeoman Way, Tretherras, Newquay, TR7 2SL. Please park in the first set of parking bays you see on the left of the road. Please do not park in the bays marked for use by Newquay Sports Centre customers. (If parking on residential streets please ensure this is done considerately. Remember, emergency vehicles may require access).

Meet your instructor: Sophia
My name is Sophia. I am a yoga teacher and wellness facilitator focused on nature connection and accessible movement. I trained in Peru and teach locally. It is a joy to bring people outdoors and guide movement that connects you to your environment and health. I am so looking forward to seeing you all at Newquay Orchard for some weekly free movement!
