Pre-Register

This year, in order to bring back Park Yoga sooner rather than later, we have put some additional measures in place to ensure our events are safe and in line with Government Guidelines.

For Track and Trace purposes we are asking you to pre-register for our events. It is FREE, quick and easy and secures your place on the day. Pre-registration opens 7 days before each week’s event.

Meet your instructor: Naomi

Hi, I’m Naomi a yoga and meditation teacher with a passion for all things yoga and wellness. I have been teaching yoga for over 6 years and enjoy sharing my love of yoga with others.

For me yoga is about creating space in the body and mind. I believe yoga can be enjoyed by everyone, whether you feel flexible or not! Personally, I started yoga when I was very inflexible. I loved going to the gym and had heard yoga would help me with my gym workouts, in reality it has helped me with so much more.

My classes usually feature a balance of strength and flexibility, some blissful relaxation and a good dose of fun too.
