Meet your instructor: Hannah

I fell in love with yoga almost 15 years ago, initially approaching it from a fitness point of view as a way of winding down after training. I soon realised yoga was so much more. I believe yoga is a wonderful way to help people relax and find an inner peace. A pathway back to your true self as well as tool to navigate the challenges and changes in life. I’m excited to bring park yoga to Melksham and introduce them to the magic of yoga in a fun, playful and welcoming approach outside in nature. Everyone can just turn up, be in the space, connect with their breath and body and go with the flow.

Thank you to everyone who braved the chillier, windier weather today 🍃It was great to see so many of you! 90 people! Wow 😮

Our theme was all about going with the flow, adapting like the wind rather than resisting it — while also finding moments to stay grounded and steady within ourselves.

It was so lovely to see some new faces, alongside those returning again this week who are newer to yoga too. Thank you for bringing such a warm and open energy to the practice 💛

Did anyone spot Park Yoga in the newspaper this week? 👀 It’s great seeing it get a little local spotlight.

🌳I’m back in the park again tomorrow for more movement, fresh air and a chance to reconnect with yourself and nature.

There’s something really grounding about practising yoga outside…

🌤 Fresh air & natural light and hopefully some sunshine! — a natural mood and energy boost.
🌱 Feeling more grounded and connected to yourself and your surroundings.
✨ Less stress, more ease.
☁️ Birdsong, breeze and open skies helping you stay present.
💚 A welcoming sense of community.
🌀 A gentle challenge for balance and body awareness.

Sounds good right?

What to bring:
Yoga mat or towel
Water bottle
Sunscreen/hat if sunny
Layers for cooler mornings

⏰ 9.30am
📍King Geroge V Park

The perfect way to close the week and step into a new one feeling refreshed. 🍃

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat, everyone is welcome.

See you there! 🙂 🧘🏼‍♀️
