I fell in love with yoga almost 15 years ago, initially approaching it from a fitness point of view as a way of winding down after training. I soon realised yoga was so much more. I believe yoga is a wonderful way to help people relax and find an inner peace. A pathway back to your true self as well as tool to navigate the challenges and changes in life. I’m excited to bring park yoga to Melksham and introduce the magic of yoga in a fun, playful and welcoming approach outside in nature. Everyone can just turn up, be in the space, connect with their breath and body and go with the flow.
I hope Park Yoga has inspired you to perhaps start a regular practice whether thats a class or 5 minutes in your day. If you would like to join me on the mat below is a list of where you can find me. I also share on my instagram hbyoga_ any other one off events so go follow me there to stay up to date or alternatively you can send me your email.
It’s been such a joy guiding so many of you and a huge heartfelt thanks to everybody that has come along to a session whether thats just the one or multiple. This was Melksham’s first year of Park Yoga and hearing how you have all enjoyed it and look forward to our Sundays together has been wonderful and I am so grateful for this opportunity.
If you haven’t had chance to join a session yet then please do come along otherwise I hope you can join me for one last time this year. 9.30am start, KGV Park 💚
If you wish to continue your practice throughout the rest of the year, I will be putting up a separate post on my current offerings.
A huge Thank You to those that came along this morning, despite the forecast we were blessed with sunshine and clouds. We grounded ourselves in the damp grass and had a play with balance.
I’m so grateful to you all for showing up each week (even those that couldnt be there today!) and for the generous donations 💚
Our last session of the season is next week! I hope you can join as will be lovely to see you all for one last time this year.
Here is the link to the survey again I mentioned if you can spare 5 mins.
