I’m Laura, and I’m so excited to be part of the Park Yoga team for 2025! I’m a passionate yoga teacher who believes yoga should be accessible, joyful, and supportive for every body and every ability. My classes are flowing, uplifting, and welcoming, with a focus on helping people feel stronger, calmer, and more connected — both to themselves and the world around them. I love sharing practices that meet you where you are, whether you’re stepping onto a yoga mat for the first time or returning after years away. Outside of teaching, I’m happiest exploring the outdoors, chasing the sunshine, and spending time with my dog. I can’t wait to share Sunday mornings with you in the park!
This week is Mental Health Awareness Week. And I truly believe in the power of movement, breath, and nature to support mental wellbeing.
Spending time outdoors, connecting with your body, and simply taking a moment to pause can make a huge difference – whether you’re managing mental illness, stress, anxiety, or just need space to breathe.
Yoga in the park isn’t just about flexibility, poses or fitness – it’s about community, self-care, and giving ourselves the chance to feel grounded and supported.
I’d love to see you this Sunday for a feel good practice surrounded by fresh air and friendly faces. Everyone is welcome – no experience needed.
Let’s look after our minds and our bodies, together.🙏🏽✨
Hey Everyone — just a quick message to let you know that park yoga is cancelled this morning. Although it’s stopped for a moment, the rain’s come in and yoga on wet, soggy grass sounds like we’d end up in a bit of a mud bath — not quite the Sunday vibe we had in mind! 🌧️
I’m really sorry if you were planning to come along — I was so looking forward to seeing you all. Hopefully we’ll have better luck with the weather next time. 🤞
In the meantime, feel free to roll out your mat at home if you’re in the mood for a stretch and some movement — and take it as a good excuse for a slow, cosy morning. Thanks so much for understanding.🙏🏽✨ ... See MoreSee Less
