When?

9.30am – 10.30am every Sunday morning from 3rd May to 13th September.

  • Leominster Station being is a 5 minute walk from Grange Court. Trains are regular between Hereford and Shrewsbury.

Parking:

  • Free Parking at Etnam Street Car Park on Sundays. (If parking on residential streets please ensure this is done considerately. Remember, emergency vehicles may require access).

Meet your instructor: Alison

Hi, I’m Alison & I look forward to being your Yoga instructor. I am here to guide you & hold space for you. Yoga has been a constant part of my life since my first journey to India in 1992. I live & practice in Herefordshire with Groups and 1-1. Having worked & trained with various teachers & styles in Yoga. I love the diversity of Yoga, as it is & can be for everyone.
