Hi, I’m Alison & I look forward to being your Yoga instructor. I am here to guide you & hold space for you. Yoga has been a constant part of my life since my first journey to India in 1992. I live & practice in Herefordshire with Groups and 1-1. Having worked & trained with various teachers & styles in Yoga. I love the diversity of Yoga, as it is & can be for everyone.

It’s Mental Health week, although this is something that many people in our Society have to deal with and struggle with everyday!
We at Park Yoga are here to bring community and well being to you for you! If you know of someone struggling and believe me we all do, and that someone may even be ourself.. Reach out, ask for help, a hug, phone someone..
Every Sunday at The Grange Park in Leominster we will be there offering you free Yoga.
And the best bit is, you can came along, you don’t have to do anything, showing up is the hardest part and when you do, you never know you might surprise 😳 yourself!
