9.30am – 10.30am every Sunday morning from 4th May to 14th September.

- Leominster Station being is a 5 minute walk from Grange Court. Trains are regular between Hereford and Shrewsbury.
Parking:
- Free Parking at Etnam Street Car Park on Sundays. (If parking on residential streets please ensure this is done considerately. Remember, emergency vehicles may require access).

Meet your instructor: Alison
Hi, I’m Alison & I look forward to being your Yoga instructor. I am here to guide you & hold space for you. Yoga has been a constant part of my life since my first journey to India in 1992. I live & practice in Herefordshire with Groups and 1-1. Having worked & trained with various teachers & styles in Yoga. I love the diversity of Yoga, as it is & can be for everyone.

Hi beautiful people, I trust this finds you all well. The weather now is so unpredictable, and colder that I feel Yoga on the Grange will pause until next year... BUT I've been thinking ;), how about we gather online via ZOOM for a FREE online Yoga class? We could do 45mins yoga and then have a chat after to stay in touch.. Sunday 9-9.45am... Let me know you thoughts?
Would anyone be interested on a monthly Community Yoga & Yogi Tea morning? on a Sunday same time 9.30-10,30am. Looking into options. If anyone has an idea of a space to rent on a Sunday morning, let me know.. 🙂
