IT WAS A TWIST!

149 people twisting their wellbeing in the sunshine on our session yesterday.

Reclining twists poses in yoga, offer numerous benefits that contribute to both physical and mental well-being.
Here are some of the numerous benefits:

- Provides a gentle stretch for the lower back, hips, and shoulders, alleviating tension and stiffness in this areas.

- Enhance spinal flexibility and mobility, promoting better alignment and posture.- The twisting action encourage detoxification by promoting the flow of fresh blood to internal organs, it also stimulates the digestive system, improving digestion and helping to relieve bloating and discomfort.

- These poses help calm the mind and reduce stress, promoting relaxation and mental clarity.

We hope you’re enjoying the benefits of the session yesterday, whether it’s just a physical relief or an overall sense of wellbeing, we’re happy to contribute to it, that’s why ParkYoga exists.
