Park Yoga Kidderminster

It's Mental Health Awareness Week and while we know Park Yoga isn't the answer to all your problems, it can give you tools to support your mental health and wellbeing:

🧘‍♂️ mindfulness
🤸‍♀️ movement
🌳 immersion in nature
👫 community
🌅 routine
🧠 nervous system regulation

These elements can improve mood; reduce stress, depression and anxiety; build mental and physical resilience; improve brain function and sleep quality, and promote social connection.

It doesn't matter if you can't touch your toes, or you're not very bendy - just being together, in nature and focusing on your breath, can be beneficial to your mental health.

If you've experienced the benefits of Park Yoga already, why not spread the word about how it can support wellbeing to friends and family who may need it.

See you on Sunday 🌞
