Carla has over 25 years’ experience in the dance industry as a professional dancer and choreographer working on cruise liners, in The West End and in the commercial industry. Carla also ran a Theatre School Academy of Future Stars for 15 years, and is very proud of the school.
This naturally progressed into Yoga & Well-being; her passions. Carla holds 200 hr IYN (international yoga network) teaching diploma as well as a PGCE certificate in education and most recently, certifications in Kunda Dance & Yin yoga. After her initial teacher training at Unity Yoga in Brighton, Carla teaches a wide variety of Yoga styles both in the UK and on her retreats abroad. Carla gives many adaptions and modifications having had a full hip replacement herself and teaches Hatha, Yoga Flow, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and restorative meditation.
When Carla is not teaching yoga and dance she loves swimming, walking her dog on the shore line, being out in nature and reading.

🤗🧘Pop Up Yoga🧘 Carla, who led the successful Park Yoga Horndean over the summer, is back with some pop-up sessions in our wonderful indoor space. Join her to stay inspired and keep your yoga practice going through the winter.
Open to people of all ages, background and abilities.
I’m away in Italy 🇮🇹 at the moment but I’ve had information from Ellie who was due to teach tomorrows session, that the UK is currently raining heavily☔️
Sadly therefore Park Yoga will be cancelled as the ground will be unsafe and completely sodden.
Fingers crossed 🤞, next week will be brighter and dryer and you can enjoy the last session of park yoga next weekend.
Namaste 🙏🏽
