Park Yoga Harlow

🧘‍♀️ Your reminder that yoga is not all about achieving the physical poses. More so, it's about building awareness, working within your own limits and being present to the moment. The physical benefits will come naturally when you start listening deeply to your body and taking what you need from the practice.

🌳 At Park Yoga, there is no pressure. You can simply enjoy the movements that feel good and nourishing for your body. By being present in the moment and connected to your breath, you are still practicing yoga, even if you choose to rest!

We go again tomorrow- Sunday 5th July at 9:30am. Hope to see you there 💚
