Meet your instructor: Penny

Penny rediscovered yoga a few years ago enjoying the benefits of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa especially. Her 500 hour Teaching Diploma is with the Devon School of Yoga and the founder Duncan Hulin. Penny also experienced Acroyoga for the first time two years ago and fell in love with the practice, intensive training is essential to teach Acroyoga so she enrolled with Acroyoga.Org earlier this year gained her full qualification in early 2018.

Penny constantly enriches and develops her practice and teaching by attending various training events across Europe with innovative, highly respected teachers. She co-teaches with Jules Yount who also trained with Acroyoga.Org. Together they teach the balance practice between the Solar, Lunar and Thai massage. Yoga and Acroyoga has provided Penny with a supportive community throughout the world and she loves to share this with everyone willing to breathe and trust.
