9.30am – 10.30am every Sunday morning from 3rd May to 13th September.

Meet your instructor: Claire

Two of Claire’s favourite things are yoga and nature, both leading her to park yoga. Claire enjoys a physical yet soulful practice, taking into account ancient philosophy and teachings, complemented by Claire’s profession as a secondary teacher of Religion and Philosophy. Claire pays careful attention to planning classes to help you connect with nature, your breath and movement.

Park Yoga Camborne

We start our class with Dirga (3 part) breath at Park Yoga Camborne for the following reasons:

- To bring awareness to the present and take in the lovely surroundings 🌟.

- To encourage filling the lungs 🫁.

- To enhance body awareness (interoception).

- To improve posture, expand the ribs and chest and engage the torso.

- To give you a practical tool that can contribute to reducing daily stress.
