I’m a Burnley‑ born mum, a nurse, and someone who genuinely loves yoga. Although my work has taken me around the North– West, I’ve never felt far from my roots, and it’s really special to be teaching yoga here in my hometown.
Yoga has been a way for me to find a bit of space in a busy life – a chance to slow down, breathe, and reset.
Teaching yoga brings me a lot of joy, and I offer a relaxed, inclusive style where people of all ages and abilities are welcome. There’s no pressure to keep up or get things “right” – just come as you are and take what you need from the practice. I’m really looking forward to sharing yoga with you in the park.
