Meet your instructor: Nikki

My love of yoga started as a child by joining in with my mum’s home sessions. Yoga has helped keep me fit and active over the years but has also been a life-line through tough times. After my high pressured job as a solicitor started to wear me out, yoga and mindfulness helped me not just cope but to come out stronger and fitter in both body and mind. So I left my old job and qualified as a yoga and mindfulness teacher with Zenways (Buddhist-based yoga training) in 2014. Zen Yoga is mindful and practical, non-judgemental and accessible to all. And as a Health and Wellbeing Coach I bring additional knowledge and skills into our sessions to help people to feel as good as they can in their own body, at their own pace and feel more uplifted and positive too.
