For those who have requested a post of the Surya Namaskar that we've been practicing weekly, here's a basic version in my garden. True to my word about being authentic and present, this is unedited, complete with barking dogs, distant sirens, and a few missed cues! 🤣🧘 I hope you find it useful! ... See MoreSee Less
**That’s a wrap for Park Yoga Swindon 2024!** 🎉🌿
What an amazing season it has been! Thank you all for your wonderful energy, positive comments, and for showing up week after week to make Park Yoga a truly special community resource. 🙏✨ You are ALL absolutely amazing, and it’s been such a privilege for me to hold space for this beautiful group. 💚
As we close this season, I encourage you to keep your yoga practice alive—both on and off the mat. 🧘♀️🧘♂️ Yoga offers so many benefits, from physical strength and flexibility to inner peace and mindfulness. Whether you’re flowing through poses or simply breathing with intention, you are creating balance and harmony in your life. 🌈💫
I hope to see each and every one of you again in 2025! Let’s keep this incredible energy going. Until then, take care, stay grounded, and keep shining your light. ✨🌻
With heartfelt gratitude,
Sandie 💕

This summer at Park Yoga Swindon has been truly special, filled with connections, laughter, and peaceful moments in the heart of Queens Park 🌳🧘♀️. A huge thank you to everyone who has attended and supported our wonderful Park Yoga charity 🙏. We also want to extend our gratitude to South Swindon Parish Council and WASP (Wiltshire and Swindon Sport) for collaborating with us and enabling us to gather each Sunday in such a beautiful location 🌞.
Our **final session** will be this **Sunday, 15th September**, from **9:30am to 10:30am** at Queens Park, Swindon. If you haven’t had a chance to join us yet, you’re more than welcome to come along for the final Park Yoga practice of 2024! I hope to see you back in May next year 🌸.
I truly hope our sessions have brought you peace and joy, and even though the season is coming to a close, I encourage you to keep practicing. Whether with another teacher or at home, just five minutes of gentle movement and breath awareness a day can be so beneficial to your nervous system 💖.
For those who have been asking, I am not currently teaching other public classes as I specialize in working with individuals dealing with substance misuse and trauma. However, I’m looking into offering a winter space for practice. Keep an eye on my Instagram (@YogaandRecovery) or Facebook page (Inside Out Yoga and Recovery) for updates 🧘♂️✨. A website is also coming soon!
It’s been a pleasure to pick up the baton from Dee, who previously led Park Yoga Swindon, and to continue providing this wonderful community resource 🌻. Nature has certainly kept us entertained—whether it’s been sunshine, surprise showers, or curious squirrels joining our practice! 🐿️☔
Wishing you warmth, wellness, and continued yoga practice both on and off the mat 🌿.
With gratitude,
Sandie
