Meet your instructor: Joy

Joy KaoJoy’s classes are dynamic, compassionate and fun! She loves teaching flow yoga for beginners, which helps students to build body strength and balance, as it’s energetic and authentic by nature. She also enjoys teaching restorative and therapeutic gentle yoga, which very much reflects her intentions to share the healing effect of yoga. Joy loves to assist the students’ transformational process through yoga by supporting their inward focus and exploration of their own body.

Yoga has helped Joy to be mindful, it teaches her to stay calm and be positive with my life. It is an absolute inspiration for her that teaches how to be present and how to love. Yoga builds a bridge which connects the inner self with the outside world, helping you to be a better person. Because of how yoga benefits Joy’s life, and her absolute love for it, she feels with great passion that she should help guide people who would like to experience what she has experienced through yoga.
