When?
9.30am – 10:30am every Sunday morning from 5th May to 15th September.
Getting here:
Slades Park is situated off Ensbury Avenue and can easily be accessed from the Talbot Campus of Bournemouth University by foot.
The session will be held next to the pavilion.
Parking:
There is parking at Slades Park and is FREE on weekends and public holidays. Additional parking can be found on the adjacent road. (If parking on residential streets please ensure this is done considerately. Remember, emergency vehicles may require access).

Meet your instructor: Katie
Following a career as a professional dancer, Katie qualified as a 200hr RYT with House Of Om Bali. Her classes are a playful mix of Yin & Yang, starting with a strong Vinyasa Flow and winding down to restorative Yin asanas. Katie’s background in classical Ballet informs safe practice and alignment within her classes and allows for varying abilities.
Katie currently teaches Yoga within health clubs and at Compton Acres’ Italian Villa, and aims for her students to leave with a sense of release and balance.
