🌿 What does yoga mean to me…

Yoga is my pause button. It’s where I come home to myself—body, breath, and mind. Whether I’m moving, still, laughing, or simply breathing, yoga reminds me that I belong. It’s not about perfect poses or touching my toes—it’s about connection, presence, and remembering that we’re part of something bigger.

🌿 I’d love to hear what yoga means for you, feel free to share in the comments 💫🌳❤️
