Thank you everyone for our last summer session together for 2021!

It has been such a joy sharing yoga with all together and we're so grateful for your presence and all you have shared with us, too!

Having heard of some of your experiences of Park Yoga this year, it's clear we have really done what we had hoped we would with sessions that nurture wellbeing and community across through movement and connection in nature. Thank you for being part of this and for the energy you have brought to the groups.

If you have attended a Park Yoga Bournemouth session this summer, we would so appreciate your feedback on your experience via this brief form which will take a couple of minutes to complete:

And, if you feel to donate to Park Yoga, any and every contribution is received with gratitude - you can donate here:

Thank you so much! We wish you all a sweet autumn and winter, with plenty of movement, connection and time in nature. We very much look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Alice, Cathi and the Park Yoga Bournemouth team.

Thank you Park Yogis!

Wow, what a summer of movement and community in nature!

A huge thank you to each and every one of you who joined us over the season - it has been a joy to meet you and a real gift to rest in community together, especially after much isolation in 2020. Thank you for your presence, for your openness, for holding such space for yourselves and each other.

Thank you also to the trees and flowers, the breeze, the birds, the bugs, the stream that ran by us and the earth that held us at each and every session.

When we gather together with intention and compassion, transformation happens.

I hope that the wellbeing and direct experience of your innate fullness you may have experienced in our sessions continues to radiate out far beyond this summer and beyond the yoga mat.

Whether you have been to all, none or one session, you are so very welcome to join us for the last class of the season this Sunday, 12th September, at 9.30am.
You can book in here:

We would also very much appreciate your feedback on the summer sessions, so that we can continue to provide excellent yoga for free for all next summer:

Thank you!

I look forward to sharing yoga together.

Much love,

Alice and Cathi and the Park Yoga Bournemouth Team

And thank you to Michele O'Brien, Zoe and Lisa for the snapshots of summer!

Park Yoga Bournemouth

Have you ever seen a dog stretch or cat arch their back or relax into the full length of their body? Or how a baby naturally moves into cobra pose, or downward-facing dog pose?

Yoga postures can be such an invitation to move our body in natural ways that we might not normally (especially given the more sedentary lifestyles many of us have). Movement also supports our capacity to focus, to rest, to stand (or sit or lie!) in our strength, to receive our fullness.

Yoga postures, yoga practice invites us to rest in the deep, vast quiet expanses within us. We remember we are so much more than our bodies and minds. And, when we practice in nature, in community, we see our glorious essence reflected back to us in the beauty of the trees and the innate beauty of the beings around us.

What a life!

This Sunday is the final Park Yoga class of the summer season. We have soooo enjoyed sharing the simple gift of yoga together. Thank you for making each session so transformational and nourishing. Thank you for your presence, for sharing your practice!

You are so welcome to join us this Sunday to enjoy the magnificence of the mundane - the everyday wonder of being.

We begin at 9.30am. You can book in for the free class here:
