💚 Have you noticed the huge beaming moon over the last couple of nights?!

💚 This is the perfect time to let go of anything that is potentially holding you back. It could be an old habit, a negative thought, a person a place, an emotion.

💚 When we release this energy it can help us feel lighter.

💚 Join me tomorrow, we’ll be focussing on releasing allowing the space for more freedom and joy in your life

Why Savasana (Corpse pose) is the most important pose…

The pose that everyone looks forward to! Lying down and remaining still. This may seem like an easy thing to do however completely switching off and sinking into a meditative state can be quite challenging for most people. When you can allow your body to melt into the ground and your mind to settle from all the chatter it creates you can then absorb all the benefits, allowing the prana (energy) to flow freely from head to toe.

“Praise and blame, gain and loss, pleasure and sorrow come and go like the wind. To be happy, rest like a giant tree in the midst of them all.” ---- attributed to the Buddha
