I am Kate, yoga teacher and Mum of two living near Bishop’s Waltham. I’m so excited to join Park Yoga. I will guide a very inclusive yoga practice including mindful movements and breath work. Yoga really helps to enhance your quality of life, both physically and mentally. I can’t wait to share a practice with the local community out in nature!
