Meet your instructor: Tracey

Yoga starts with one single breath!

I teach the foundations from that breath to moving the body in time with it.

I love helping people make a connection with themselves and others through simple yoga techniques.

It makes me happy and I want it to make others happy too!

Park Yoga Banbury

I took this video because whilst I set up on Sunday everyone came along and just started chatting to the people around them.

We truly have created a social gathering not just a yoga class in a park!

Every Sunday until 13th September.. join us!
